Low Cement Castable Refractory (HD)
Usage:Low cement castable refractory with great properties of high temperature, erosion and thermal shock resistance can be used for ladle lining, continuous casting tundish permanent lining and thermal equipment.
Performance:The low cement castable refractory is newly developed by our company, which has the excellent characteristics of good plastic property, volume stability, high refractoriness, good slag resistant and good thermal shock resistant due to the adding of ultrafine powder, which takes effect on generating high strength ceramic bond improving structural strength of the castable after high temperature reaction, and the decrease amount of cement, which leads to the quantity reduce of low-melting phase in the matrix of the low cement castable.
