High-strength wear-resisting lining material for hexmetal(AA)
About product
This product is mainly used as insulation material which has the characteristics of high porosity, low bulk density and low thermal conductivity. So this light weight refractory castable can reduce the heat waste of the furnace, save energy and lighten the furnace.
The physic-chemical index is on the following:
Temperature | Bending strength (Mpa) | Compression strength (Mpa) | Linear change ratio % | Bulk Density (g/cm3) |
Drying After 110℃ | ≥10 | ≥70 | 2.5~3.1
Firing After 540℃ | ≥10 | ≥80 | 2.5~3.0
Firing After 815℃ | ≥10 | ≥80 | 0-0.25 | 2.5~3.0 |
Chemical Analysis | Al2O3>90% | Take firing sample after 815℃ for Al2O3 contents analysis |
